At Omnia Mirari, we are committed to providing a tailored experience for each participant. Prior to the session, participants will have the opportunity to engage in a confidential consultation. With a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and privacy, our facilitators will provide support and suggestions to ensure that each participant 's experience is transformational.

We will also conduct a comprehensive health assessment to ensure that each participant is a good candidate for the experience, allowing for a safe and successful therapeutic journey. Please note that the facilitators are not medical professionals and we do not offer medical care or supervision during this experience. At Omnia Mirari, we follow closely to the paradigm set by the medical research and believe strongly in evidence-based care as we curate our offerings.

We believe that the psychedelic experience is something that individuals should be free to explore in a safe and supported environment. You will have the chance to ask any questions you may have about the psychedelic therapy and communicate your intentions with the facilitators during one of several preparation calls.

We advice you to meditate on the idea that there is no such thing as a bad trip; there are only difficult truths.

Why would you like to engage in a psychedelic journey?

Setting meaningful, clear intentions can help guide the outcome you hope to achieve from your psychedelic journey. Allow yourself the time to bring into focus the ideas that have brought you to the doorstep of change and write down three intentions you’d like to experience as a result of your psychedelic experience. Taking the time to set clear intentions not only provides a sense of direction for the journey, but also enhances the potential for lasting change beyond the experience itself.

“Set” is a reflection of your inner climate—your mood, beliefs, perceptions, and so on.

Breathwork: The power of breath can help you to anchor yourself during the journey as well as induce a non-ordinary state of consciousness, similar to a psychedelic experience. Breathwork infuses the cells of your body with oxygen to help you reduce the stress response in your body, experience true surrender, and relax any emotional turbulence stored in your being before the ceremony. You’ll be guided through simple breathwork practices as a part of your preparation, offering a safe anchor to return to at any point during the experience.

Meditation is another powerful tool to enhance the benefits of a psychedelic session. Before the plant medicine takes effect, clients are guided through a meditation, chant, song, or prayer that helps to ground them in the present moment and cultivate a sense of peace. This allows participants to enter the psychedelic experience with a calm and centered mind, increasing the potential for a therapeutic journey.

With all of this, the goal is to create the set for a parasympathetic nervous system response to relax your body into the experience softly.

“Setting” refers to all that’s going on outside — such as the people around you and the surrounding environment.

Deepening your connection with nature can have profound effects on your well-being, and psychedelics are known to enhance that feeling of connectedness with the fabric of life that surrounds us.

At Omnia Mirari, we understand the crucial role that setting plays in a successful psychedelic experience. That's why we offer a unique setting in nature, where clients can experience a sense of awe and interconnectedness that can deepen the healing process. Unlike other laissez-faire offerings out there, our facilitators are highly attuned to the client's needs, observing and responding to their nuanced expressions, such as breathing patterns, verbal and non-verbal cues, and more. We hold space for participants with undivided attention, while in a meditative state and with an open heart; ensuring that the sense of connection is felt not just through the serene environment, but also through a deep soul-to-soul connection.

To integrate, it’s highly beneficial to share what happened in your psychedelic journey with a compassionate facilitator to help you make sense of the contents of your journey, unravel what the meanings signify for you, and how you can leverage those things to create positive change in your life. For those reasons, in addition to support immediately after the experience, Omnia Mirari offers a follow up consultation via voice or video call a few days after the retreat.

To integrate your journey further, write down what you remember from the experience. We suggest journaling after the experience by using first person, present tense perspective. For example: ‘I close my eyes and see a whirlwind of color and patterns.’ This increases recall and supports you to remain open to the experience itself, instead of blending in second-tier meaning-making. Unravel the metaphors of symbols and memories that might have appeared and see what gems of wisdom appear.

Crafting a Sigil, a singular geometric symbol, offers a powerful means of consolidating your intentions into a single form and deeply embedding them within your psyche before embarking on your transformative journey.
