Cornelia "Korona"
Korona is both a life and end-of-life doula, and ceremonial facilitator devoted to guiding individuals through profound thresholds of transformation. Her work lives at the intersection of death awareness, expanded states of consciousness, and grounded spiritual practice.
Currently, she is on a four-year vision quest with the Lakota Nation, deepening her connection to ancestral wisdom and the rhythms of the natural world. A practicing Buddhist who has taken full precepts, Korona has studied theology from childhood through adulthood, cultivating decades of spiritual insight and discernment. These experiences inform her work as an experienced and grounded spiritual guide.
She trained in psychedelic facilitation through the comprehensive “Navigating Psychedelics” program with Psychedelics Today, where she developed trauma-informed skills to support altered states with integrity and care.
Certified as a Reiki Level I and II practitioner and attuned at the Master level, Korona works with subtle energy through gentle touch and intuitive presence, supporting the natural flow of qi or prana throughout the body. Her approach is calm, attuned, and deeply respectful of each person’s inner wisdom.
As a certified end-of-life doula through INELDA and a hospice volunteer, she specializes in companioning those who are terminally ill, actively dying, grieving, or courageously exploring questions of mortality and what may lie beyond. Her work is rooted in reverence, steadiness, and an unwavering commitment to compassionate presence.
Through private sessions, ceremonies, workshops, and festival production Korona creates spaces where individuals can meet life, death, and the mystery between them with greater clarity, connection, and peace.
