Elena Box
Elena is a certified death doula, author, shamanic practitioner, and specialist in grief and life transitions, with over a decade of experience in yoga and healing work.
Her book, Grieve Outside the Box, offers practical tools to help individuals navigate the grieving process and prepare for life’s inevitable changes with compassion and understanding.
Through her work, Elena emphasizes the importance of preparing for elderhood with intention, recognizing that the choices we make throughout our lives shape how we will live as elders.
Elena lives on Matinecock land with her husband and daughter in Port Washington, New York.
