Meet Our Facilitators
(Chaya) Hannah Cohen
(Chaya) Hannah Cohen is a somatic guide, shamanic breathwork, bodywork and sound healing facilitator, and end-of-life doula devoted to the teachings of loss, transformation, and rebirth. Her work centers the body as an altar—where grief, fear, tenderness, and truth can be felt, moved, and metabolized into deeper aliveness.
🔹
Through expanded-state breathwork, sound healing, and trauma-informed somatic coaching, Hannah supports individuals in navigating thresholds of change—from grief, endings, and identity shifts to creative rebirth and renewal. She specializes in emotional release and integration, helping clients reconnect to their bodies, inner knowing, and the intelligence of transition.
🔹
Trained across multiple lineages in psychedelic facilitation and currently completing certification in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy through Polaris, Hannah brings a grounded, integrative approach to altered states—bridging clinical, ceremonial, and somatic frameworks. She has guided thousands through breathwork journeys, grief circles, retreats, ceremonies, and one-on-one containers, and facilitates transformational retreats internationally.
🔹
Hannah is the founder of Feelings Felt, a growing community of 500+ participants gathering to feel, heal, and connect—extending her work beyond individual sessions into collective spaces of transformation and belonging.
🔹
Her approach is shaped by earth-based Jewish ritual, ongoing study with her Quechuan guides, and Andean traditions rooted in reciprocity with Earth and spirit. Her spaces are reverent, intuitive, and deeply human—inviting participants to soften, listen, and return to the heart.
